Saundra Lee has over 20 years of seminar and workshop facilitation experience. She is the President and Founder of Dubin & Lee, a corporate accounting & finance staffing firm and also facilitates workshops and seminars focused on helping people achieve their career goals.
Saundra works in the field of contingency placement in corporate accounting and finance with Dubin & Lee and prior to that with Winter, Wyman & Company. She has overseen numerous client accounts, ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar conglomerates. She has worked with a $12 billion firm on building its accounting and finance teams, succession planning, and hiring as well as filling key positions at many medium sized publicly traded companies, non-profits and Universities in the Boston area. Ms. Lee is the sole owner of Dubin & Lee.
Ms. Lee also volunteers with Careerlink in conjunction with the State of Massachusetts “Workforce Initiative” to help those on government transition assistance enter back into the workforce.
